Call For Papers

The Finnish meeting of criminal and procedural law and criminology researchers has been organized annually in recent years. The Nordic Criminal Justice Seminar has a long tradition and established approach. In 2019, Turku is in a turn for both, so we decided to combine the events.

Therefore unifying our concerns about justice we pose the question, in the course of coveted values and criminal policy, whether criminal justice and litigation can provide fair treatment for everyone.

We aim for discussion and options on reform of the law on terrorist offences, new criminalization, including abortion, coercion, intelligence, and constitutional change.
