Call For Papers

The Romanian Society of Construction Law organizes in 30 September, 2016, in Bucharest the second edition of the ”New Perspectives in Construction Law” Conference.

Our second annual International Conference aims to bring together lawyers, engineers, builders, architects, academics or real estate specialist to share their ideas and research results about this vast area and discuss the practical challenges encountered in their field and the solutions adopted.
Because we intend to transform the event in a real platform for people to share views and research work in Construction Law, we divided it in one Plenary Session addressed to all participants, followed by two working sessions chaired by invited speakers. The participants will be able to attend debates and paper presentations on topics that will range from particularities in construction contracts, new rules on public procurement, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution methods, Construction employment law issues, standards and quality in construction law or new trends in real estate projects. It is important to mention that all accepted papers will be published in the Conference`s Proceedings with ISBN and indexed in international data bases. Also, after a selection using the blind peer reviewed system, some of the presented papers will be published in our Romanian Construction Law Review.

Lastly, the event offers a great networking opportunities for professionals in the construction industry. So, we look forward to welcoming you to Bucharest in September for our second Annual International Scientific Conference of Construction Law.
