Conference topics:
The conference topic is modern scientific (philosophical, mathematical, physical, biological, psychological, neurophysiological, etc.) evolutionary studies, for the purpose of large-scale and deep interdisciplinary approach to the problems of the Universe evolution, life and mind systems.

Vitol Eduard - Member of International Futures Research Academy, IFRA, Ph.D;
Krichevsky Sergey - astronaut tester, Ph.D., professor;

Malysheva Natalia - Deputy Director of the International Centre for Space Law, Academician of the Academy of Legal Sciences, Doctor of Law, professor;

Ursul Arkady - President of the International Academy of noosphere (sustainable development),MANUR, founder and Honorary President of the Russian Academy of cosmonautics. K. Tsiolkovsky, honoured worker of science of the Russian Federation, Ph.D., professor.

Questions for discussion:

Historiography of the evolution problems;
The search for new approaches and methods to study the Universe evolution;
Life system and its place in the planetary and cosmic scale;
Human society: the stages of formation, development and interaction;
Civilization on the Earth as planetary and cosmic force;
Space law: the stages of formation and development,prospects for the development of space law in the world and in Ukraine;
Modern cosmological concepts.
