Journal of Legal Studies

The Journal of Legal Studies, one of the top-rated legal journals in Vietnam, publishes monthly in Vietnamese and biannually in English with the goals of distributing scientific research papers and facilitating discussion on issues in the fields of law and legal education in Vietnam and around the world. Continuing the 30-year legacy of the Vietnamese-language issues, the Journal of Legal Studies (Tạp chí Luật học), calls on academics to contribute to the legal discussions, with possible topics including, but not limited to:

Establishing a rule-of-law socialist government

Law and ethics

Impacts of AI to the development of different fields of law

Legal education

Proposal submission guidelines

Manuscripts should be in English, between 5,000 and 10,000 words (footnotes not included).

Manuscripts should adhere to the Journal’s formatting guidelines.

All submissions will undergo a double-blind review process to ensure quality and relevance.
