The RVTTI 2017 International TVET and Interdisciplinary Research Conference will be held from 29th June-1st July, 2017 at the RVTTI Conference Room, in Eldoret, Kenya.

THEME: Towards collaborative TVET: Promoting Accelerated Sustainable Development

1. Greening TVET: Best Practices and Case Studies (RVTTI-UNEVOC Project Paper
Competition - Africa)
Topic Areas Include but are not Limited to
• Trends in Greening TVET
• Challenges, Issues and Opportunities in Greening TVET

2. TVET in Driving Sustainable Development
Topic Areas Include but are not Limited to
• Innovation and integration in TVET
• Skills for youth empowerment & Inclusive pathways in TVET

RVTTI-UNEVOC Project Paper Competition - Africa

RVTTI 2nd Student Innovation Contest: Call for Innovation Proposals:
The competition is seeking to identify and award the best innovations by students currently learning in TVET institutions within East Africa (must not be university students). The winner will receive a cash reward of KShs. 200,000, and runners up, KShs.100,000 and KShs. 50,000 respectively. The best RVTTI student innovation will also receive KShs. 50,000. PUBLICATIONS: Publication in the 3nd edition of international refereed print and online journal – Africa Journal of TVET (ISSN 2518-2722 {Online} 2413-984X {Print)) subject to compliance to review reports, editorial comments and conference feedback.
