The Organizing Committee has the pleasure of inviting you to participate in the IEEE International Conference on Automation, Quality and Testing, Robotics, AQTR 2026 (THETA 25), which will be held in Băile Felix, Romania, on May 21-23, 2026. The conference follows the tradition of the 24 automation and testing-related scientific events, organized in Romania since 1981 under the name THETA/AQTR.

AQTR 2026 is an international forum for researchers in the field of automation, quality, testing and robotics. It will bring together researchers, equipment manufacturers, software developers and end-users to discuss the current trends and future directions of control and testing technologies and their industrial and social applications in the private and the public sectors. Active participation of students and graduate students is strongly encouraged.

AQTR 2026 will take place in Băile Felix, one of Romania’s most renowned spa resorts, celebrated for its natural thermal springs, relaxing atmosphere, and beautiful landscapes near the historic city of Oradea. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. All editions since 2006 are indexed in IEEE Xplore and ISI/Clarivate Web of Science.
