Due to COVID-19 situation，BIOTC 2020 was held online during July 8-10, 2020.BIOTC 2020 conference proceedings is archived in the ACM Digital Library on August 26, 2020 and have been indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus on October 12, 2020.
