Call For Papers

As the regulatory and physical boundaries between hard and soft assets continue to be re-defined in the legal, governmental, and public commons; what implications occur for nation-states and non-state actors as information, itself, becomes a discrete and frangible component of formal infrastructures?

This Mini-Track will examine the above question by presenting and discussing original academic work that treats implications in the following lanes:

· Communications / information operations
· Active defense / offensive operations
· Security policy architectures

· Reviews of literature 2005-15; documented outcomes from exfiltrations; Documented (unclassified) Title 10/Title 50 (US), active defense, Canadian, EU, and Australian case studies; Cross-agency analyses and cross-governmental analyses are all encouraged.
Chaired by: Ms. Larisa Breton, MPS, FullCircle Communications
