Springer Annals of Telecommunications (Annales des Télécommunications) Special Issue on Software Networks

This Software networks special issue aims at addressing advances in research in the areas of future networks. The issue will provide current researches on theoretical and practical aspects of software networks. Topics include, but are not limited to:

- Virtualization, virtual networks, virtual wireless equipment

- Virtualization accelerator

- Software network management
- Reliability of virtualized network functions

Important dates:
- Manuscript submission: June 15th, 2015
- Online with DOI As soon as accepted
- Printed issue January – June/September 2016

Manuscript submission:
Papers must be written in English and describe original research not published or currently under review by other journals or conferences. The length of the article file should not exceed 35,000 characters including spaces (i.e., around 5,500 words). The manuscripts that are outside the expected length are likely to be rejected. All relevant papers submitted will go through an external review process.
