The IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits, and Systems (ICECS) is the flagship conference of the IEEE Circuits and Systems (CAS) Society in Region 8 of IEEE (Europe, Middle East, and Africa).

Papers from all over the world are presented on design methodologies, techniques and experimental results in emerging electronics, circuits and systems. IEEE ICECS 2015 will include tutorials, regular sessions (lecture and poster), and special sessions. Lecture and posterster papers will undergo the same review process. Authors of accepted papers are expected to present their work at the conference. IEEE ICECS 2015 sessions will cover all aspects of the fields of electronics, circuits and systems, including analog and digital electronics, solid-state circuits, green and power electronics, biomedical and life -science circuits and systems. Paper Submission:
Prospective authors are invited to submit full paper of not more than 4 pages inc luding results, figures and references. Papers must be submitted through the conference website.

Special Sessions Proposals:
Should be submitted by June 01, 2015. Proposals for special sessions must include a topical title, rationale, session outline, contact information for the session chair, a list of authors who have agreed to present a paper in the session, and a tentative title and abstract of each paper.

Tutorials:
Will be held on December 06, 2015. Brief proposals should be submitted by June 15, 2015. Proposal for tutorials must include a title, an outline of the tutorial and its motivation, a two -page CV of the presenter(s), and a short description of the material to be covered.
