THE VENUE

Located halfway between Montréal and Québec City, Trois-Rivières is a vibrant harbour city, nestled between the St. Lawrence and the Saint-Maurice rivers. Second oldest French city to be founded in North America, the city is very proud of its historic quarter where museums, art galleries and boutiques celebrate over three hundred years of history. The best way to discover its strong and prosperous industrial history, along with its cultural and economic diversity, is to take one of the fascinating walking tours, and don’t forget the exciting festivals and events. Infused with a spirit of youth and renewal, Trois-Rivières has a lot to say…

SUBMISSION

The submission procedure for abstracts, proposals for tutorials, special sessions and exhibits will be found on the conference website and must follow the guidelines and template given. Complete 4-page papers (in standard IEEE double-column format), including title, authors’ names, affiliations and e-mail addresses, as well as a short abstract are required. Papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format through the websites. Only electronic submissions will be accepted.
