The 19th National Conference on Communications (NCC 2013), which is a premier conference
in India in the area of Communications, Networks, and Signal Processing, will be held at IIT Delhi during February 1-3, 2013 with Pre-Conference Tutorials on February 1, 2013. Original research contributions based on theory, experiments, design, simulation, testing, and measurements are solicited for presentation at the conference.
PAPER SUBMISSION
The paper length must not exceed FIVE A4 size pages with 10point font in standard IEEE conference format. For publication in conference proceedings as well as in IEEEXplore, at least one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference with full registration fees at the time of uploading the camera ready paper within the deadline. One full registration will cover up to three papers. The paper review process will be handled through http://www.edas.info.
