Call For Papers

The 2nd International Conference on Climate Leadership will be held on 18–20 July 2026 in Harbin, China. Building on the success of the inaugural conference, this international event will bring together scholars, policymakers, and industry practitioners to discuss cutting-edge research, practical insights, and emerging solutions for climate leadership across sectors, governance levels, and socio-economic contexts.

The conference is jointly organised by the Business School, Harbin Institute of Technology, the Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction, University College London, and the Chinese Economic Association UK/Europe. It will feature distinguished scholars and journal editors from leading international institutions, and will offer valuable opportunities for academic exchange and publication.

• Ruben Enikolopov, Professor at Universitat Pompeu Fabra; Chair of the Board of The Review of Economic Studies

• Priti Parikh, Professor at University College London; Director of the Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction
