We are pleased to announce that the 17th International Conference on Reliability, Maintainability and Safety (ICRMS2026) will be held in Guangzhou, China, from July 14 to 17, 2026. The theme of ICRMS2026 is "Intelligence Illuminates Reliability, Data Drives Safety" aiming to explore technological trends in reliability, maintainability, safety, and environmental worthiness, share cutting-edge theoretical approaches, exchange best technical practices, foster industry-academia-research collaboration, and jointly advance the deep integration of academic research and engineering applications in the field of reliability.

The conference was jointly initiated by seven leading Chinese academic societies, including the Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Chinese Association for Applied Statistics, Chinese Institute of Electronics, Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, China Instrument and Control Society, China Ordnance Society, and Chinese Society of Astronautics, and has been a world-renowned international conference on RMS. According to the rotating hosting mechanism, this conference is hosted by Chinese Institute of Electronics www.cie.org.cn) and technically sponsored by IEEE Reliability Society (rs.ieee.org).

We sincerely invite relevant institutions, experts, and scholars worldwide engaged in reliability, maintainability, and safety research to submit papers, organize special forums, and promote the latest advancements in reliability technologies, collectively driving research and development in related fields. The deadline for abstract submissions is March 15, 2026, and full-paper submissions are due by April 15, 2026. Submissions should adhere to the IEEE conference paper template and undergo peer review. Full English papers accepted for presentation at the conference will be submitted to the IEEE conference proceedings by the organizing committee and, upon approval, indexed by EI. Outstanding papers will be recommended for special issues in renowned international journals such as QREI.
