The 8th International Food Safety Congress—where scientific knowledge and sectoral experience in the field of food safety came together in strong synergy—has been successfully concluded thanks to the great interest and valuable contributions of our esteemed stakeholders. This powerful interaction and high level of participation represent not only a measure of success, but also an important responsibility and source of motivation for us to build something even better.

With this awareness and determination, we have already begun preparations for the 9th International Food Safety Congress.

Today, food safety is directly linked to many critical issues, including climate change, natural disasters, global supply chain vulnerabilities, technological transformation, digitalization, sustainability, and evolving consumer expectations. This dynamic and complex structure makes it essential to address food safety not merely as a technical issue, but as a shared responsibility of science, regulation, industry, and society through a multidisciplinary approach. Our Congress aims to provide a comprehensive platform where these global and current challenges will be discussed from scientific, technical, and sectoral perspectives.

Held under the slogan “Access to Safe Food: Everyone’s Right, Everyone’s Responsibility,” the 9th Congress will particularly encourage the sharing of good practice examples, field experiences, and innovative solutions, in addition to knowledge exchange. Through an increased number of interactive sessions, participants are expected not only to listen, but also to actively shape the program with their insights and contributions.

By bringing together scientific and technological approaches shaping the future of food safety, current regulatory trends, and good practices from the field on a single platform, this Congress offers participants not only the opportunity to gain knowledge, but also to guide and create impact.

The 9th International Food Safety Congress, which will bring together all stakeholders who play a key role in the field of food safety, will be held on November 5–6, 2026, at the Grand Cevahir Hotel and Convention Center.
