The International Centre for Biosaline Agriculture, in collaboration with the Food Security Office of the UAE, the Islamic Development Bank, the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi, and several other international and regional organizations is hosting the first Global Forum on Marginal Environments in Dubai, UAE from 20-21 November 2019.

GFIME serves as a platform for debate and ideas for renowned scientists, influential policymakers, thought leaders and innovative minds on food security, climate impact, sustainability and agricultural innovation in marginal environments.

Guidelines for Abstracts

· The word range for abstracts is 250 – 350 words. The abstracts which do not meet this word limit will be returned to authors for revision.

· All abstracts must be in English.

· Abstracts must be informative and succinct, including a paper’s background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.

· All abstracts must be accompanied by a short biography of the presenting author.
