The international conference and global forum on ICMSOA 2019 aims to enhance global innovative activities by collaboration between scholars, academicians and stake holders. Selected papers will be invited for publication in the conference proceedings, and indexed in Ei Compendex and CPCI-S (Web of Science). Selected excellent papers will be recommended to SCI Journals (in English) for publishing after the conference.
