Call For Papers

The conference was established as a tribute to the memory of Dmitry Aleksandrovich Zavalishin (1900-1968) – a Russian scientist, corresponding member of the USSR Academy of Sciences, professor, doctor of technical sciences, honored worker of science and technology of the RSFSR, founder of the school of valve energy converters based on electric machines and valve converters energy. The first conference was organized by the Institute of Innovative Technologies in Electromechanics and Robotics of the St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation in 2006 and is timed to the 60th anniversary of the Institute. Today the conference has become international and be held for the thirteenth time in St. Petersburg.

The purpose of the conference is the exchange of information and progressive results of scientific research work of scientific and pedagogical workers, young scientists, graduate students, applicants and students in the field of: automatic control systems, electromechanics, electric power engineering and electrical engineering, mechatronics, robotics, automation, technical physics and management in the electric power industry.

In this year, the conference is organized together with XIII International Scientific and Technical Conference "Vibration-2019. The vibration technology, mechatronics and controlled machines" in Southwest State University in Kursk, Russia.

SUBMISSION OF PAPERS

Papers submitted to ER(ZR)-2019 must not be under review by any other conference or publication during the review cycle, and must not be previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere. Authors are invited to submit a full paper with size of 6 pages formatted in the EDP Sciences style (https://www.matec-conferences.org/doc_journal/instructions/woc_2col.doc) using the on-line submission system (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=erzr2019). The paper format for the review has to be the PDF file with all required fonts included. Upon notification of acceptance, speakers will receive further information on submitting their camera-ready and electronic sources.


PROCEEDINGS

The accepted papers will be published in several volumes of ER(ZR)-2019 proceedings in Russian and English after the conference. The volume in English proceedings will be published by EDP Sciences on EI Serial Journal of MATEC Web of Conferences indexed in SCOPUS, Thomson Reuters (Web of Science), Inspec, etc. ER(ZR)-2019 Proceedings are included in the list of forthcoming proceedings for April 2019.

CONFERENCE FEES

The conference fee is 250 USD paid after notification of paper accept. It includes visa support, one copy of the conference materials, refreshments/coffee breaks, admissions, a museum excursion, and organizing costs. In order to lower the fee as much as possible, meals during the conference, the accommodation, and the conference trip are not included. Bank account details and payment instructions will be sent to participants after papers approval.

At least one of the authors has to register and pay the registration fee by March 01, 2019 for their paper to be included in the conference proceedings. Only one paper of up to 6 pages is included in the regular registration fee. An author with more than one paper pays the additional paper rates unless a co-author has also registered and paid the full registration fee. The payment may be refunded up until April 01, at the cost of 50 USD. No refund is possible after this date. In the case of uncertainty, feel free to contact the organizing committee for clarification.

The conference will be organized at the campus of the Southwest State University (SWSU, Russia, Kursk, 94, 50 years of October St.).
