2019 4th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Robotics (ICAIR 2019), whichi is in conjunction with 2019 4th International Conference on Automation, Control and Robotics Engineering (CACRE 2019), co-organized by Georgia Institute of Technology and Hong Kong Society of Mechanical Engineers(HKSME), sponsored by Sichuan University, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. The conference will be held at Georgia Institute of Technology, Shenzhen Campus, China from July 19 to 21, 2019.
1 All the registered and presented papers will be published in ACM-International Conference Proceedings Series ( ISBN : 978-1-4503-7186-5), which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS), Inspec, and other indexing organizations.
2. Selected papers with extension can be recommended to be published in The Cyber-Physical Systems (ISSN: 2333-5785) .
3. Selected papers with extension can be recommended to be published in Robotics (ISSN 2218-6581), which can be indexed by Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI - Web of Science) , Scopus (from Vol. 1), nspec (IET) and DBLP Computer Science Bibliography.

Dr. Zhang is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering (CAE), a Fellow of the Engineering Institute of Canada (EIC), a Fellow of American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), and a Fellow of Canadian Society for Mechanical Engineering (CSME), a Senior Member IEEE, and a Senior Member of SME.Dr. Dan Zhang is a Kaneff Professor and Tier 1 York Research Chair in Advanced Robotics and Mechatronics at York University.Dr. Zhang's research interests include robotics and mechatronics; high performance parallel robotic machine development; sustainable/green manufacturing systems; rehabilitation robot and rescue robot.

3.Prof. Peter Corke, Queensland University of Technology, Australia
Keynote Lecture: Creating robots that see
Peter Corke is the distinguished professor of robotic vision at Queensland University of Technology, director of the ARC Centre of Excellence for Robotic Vision, and Chief Scientist of Dorabot. His research is concerned with enabling robots to see, and the application of robots to mining, agriculture and environmental monitoring. He is well known for his robotics toolbox software for MATLAB, the best selling textbook “Robotics, Vision, and Control”, MOOCs and the online Robot Academy. He is a fellow of the IEEE and the Australian Academy of Technology and Engineering, has held a number of editorial board positions and held various visiting positions.
4. Prof. Yiming Rong, South University of Science and Technology of China, China
Fellow member of American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Senior member of Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering (CSME), Member of Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), Member of American Society of Metals (ASM) and Heat Treatment Society (HTS), Member of American Society of Engineering Education (ASEE).
5. Prof. Feng Gao, Shanghai Jiaotong University, China
Keynote Lecture: Design and Control of 6-Legged Parallel-Parallel Robots for Applications
Feng Gao is a Chair Professor at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He served as the director of the State Key Laboratory of Mechanical Systems and Vibration at Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2008 to 2013.He has been serving as an Associate Editor of Mechanism and Machine Theory since 2008 and the ASME Journal of Mechanical Design since 2012, and the General Member of the ASME Mechanisms and Robotics Committee since 2012. He gave the Keynote Speeches on the conferences of the ASME 2012 and IFToMM 2015, respectively. He won the 2013 China National Natural Science Award because of his contributions in parallel mechanism design and the 8 items of awards from the provincial science and technology invention prizes in China. And he won the ASME Leonardo Da Vinci Award for his invention of parallel manipulators in USA in 2014. He has been granted 120 patents and has published 3 research books on mechanisms and robotics, as well as 120 papers in international journals.

3. Prof. Wei Zhang, Southern University of Science and Technology, China
Invited Lecture: Advanced Control and Learning Theory for Robotic Applications
Prof. Wei Zhang is a postdoctoral fellow at the university of California, Berkeley, and an associate professor of electrical and computer engineering at Ohio state university. Research interests include control theory and applications, machine learning theory and algorithms, robotics, unmanned systems, and smart grid. He has received the NSF CAREER award from the national science foundation and the Lumley distinguished research award from Ohio state university. He is the editorial board member for IEEE Transactions on Power Systems, and deputy editor for IEEE conference board. He is now IEEE senior member and deputy editor for IEEE Transactions on Control System Technology.
