Original papers on the following topics are expected:

3. Microwave and Millimeter Wave Circuits and Systems
4. Microsensors and Microsystems
5. Modelling
6. Semiconductor Devices
7. Integrated Circuits

The accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings. The papers presented at the conference will be available on the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
The best student paper at CAS 2018 will be awarded. The student papers must be based on the student's own work and the authors should mention their option to be registered in this session when uploading the paper.
