Sponsored by IEEE, co-organized by Gansu Robotic Technology Society (GRTS) and Lanzhou Jiaotong University, supported by Lanzhou University of Technology, China, Gansu Agricultural University, China, Gansu Mechanical Science Research Institute, and Gansu Academy of Sciences, IRCE 2018 aims to foster interdisciplinary and international collaboration opportunities, and strengthen domestic and international recognition in pure and applied research for the participants.Top scientists will be invited to deliver Keynote Speeches.
