Call For Papers

25th International Symposium on Computer and Information Sciences
22-24 September 2010, London, UK


The 25th International Symposium on Computer and Information Sciences (ISCIS 2010) will be held in London at the Royal Society, on September 22-24, 2010 and is organised by Imperial College.

ISCIS 2010 will include invited keynote presentations by world leading contributors to the field of Computer Science, as well as peer-reviewed contributed research papers.

Submitted papers can cover any relevant aspect of Computer Science and Engineering, but they should present a clear research contribution written in a clear and concise manner, with experimental evidence or theoretical developments and proofs that support the claims of the paper.

The topics covered include (but are not limited) to Computer Architectures and Digital Systems, Algorithms, Theory, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Computational Intelligence, System Security, Computer Systems and Networks, Performance Modelling and Analysis, Distributed and Parallel Systems, Bioinformatics, Computer Vision and significant applications such as Medical Informatics and Imaging.

Authors are invited to submit original research papers that have not been published or submitted elsewhere. All papers will be peer reviewed and evaluated on the basis of technical quality, relevance, significance, and clarity. The best of the accepted papers will be published in The Computer Journal. The best of the accepted papers will be published in The Computer Journal.

The papers that are accepted for the conference but not accepted for The Computer Journal will appear in a separate proceedings.

Papers not exceeding 15 pages should be prepared using The Computer Journal format and submitted before March 1, 2010, but no earlier than December 1, 2009, via The Computer Journal submission web page .

Submission implies the willingness of at least one distinct author per paper to register, attend the symposium and present the paper.
