The scientific program will consist of:
1. Puce Plenary and semi-plenary lectures by invited speakers; 2. Puce Regular paper presentations in oral sessions; 3. Puce Regular paper presentations in interactive sessions; 4. Puce Invited sessions; 5. Puce Student sessions. All submitted papers will undergo the same review process. For each accepted paper, at least one author is requested to register for the symposium upon delivery of the final paper. Full papers should be submitted in standard IEEE US paper and double-column format for conferences. The first page of the paper, centered on the top below the top margin, should include the paper title, the authors' names and their affiliations, an abstract, and keywords. Six pages are allowed for each paper. Submitted papers will undergo a peer review process, co-ordinated by the Program Chairs and the IPC.
