ICIC 2017 : International Conference on Information and Communications 2017

International conference on information and communication (ICIC) is the event for researchers, industry professionals, and academics interested in the latest developments in the information and communication technologies. More specifically, it will address challenges with realizing emerging technologies over the various industrial sectors, including the infrastructures and applications in wireless & mobile communications, smart devices & consumer appliances, mobile cloud computing, green communication, healthcare and bio-informatics, and intelligent transportation. ICIC2017 is organized by KICS Korea and KIC Vietnam with the technical co-sponsorship of IEEE Communications Society of Vietnam chapter.

SUBMISSIONS:
ICIC2017 invites the submission of original research work that is neither published nor currently under review elsewhere. Manuscripts must be submitted via www.icic2017.org, as a short paper (2 pages) or a full paper (4-6 pages). All submissions should be in the single-spaced, double-column format, with 10 pt or higher font size, on A4- or letter-size pages. Detailed submission guidelines will be available on the conference web site at http://www.icic2017.org.

KEYNOTE SPEAKERS and SPECIAL TALKS:
During ICIC2017, Keynote Speeches and Special Talks will be delivered by high level VIPs and prominent speakers from Samsung Electronics, SKT, Vietnam government, and so on.

PRESENTATION:
The accepted paper will be presented either in an oral session or poster session. All accepted papers will appear in the ICIC2017 proceedings.

BEST PAPER AWARDS:
ICIC2017 will present the Samsung Best Paper Awards to the authors of selected outstanding papers.
