APWeb 2010 invites papers describing original contributions in all fields of Web technologies, database systems, information management and software engineering. All submissions should be in English.
Submission of a paper should be regarded as an undertaking that, should the paper be accepted, at least one author will attend the conference to present the work.

The proceedings will be published by either IEEE Computer Society Press or Springer-Verlag in the LNCS series (pending). The authors of selected APWeb 2010 papers will be invited to submit the extended versions for publication in World Wide Web Journal (

The following awards will be presented at the conference: Best Paper and Best Student Paper.
For a paper to qualify for the Best Student Paper award, a student must be the lead author.

In addition to technical contributions, APWeb 2010 invites proposals for workshops, panels, tutorials and industry presentations. For workshops, APWeb 2010 will provide administrative
support for workshop room booking, registration, and publication.
