BACKGROUND:
Mobile system and Pervasive computing have evolved into an active area of research and development, due to the tremendous advances in a broad spectrum of technologies and topics including wireless networking, mobile and distributed computing, sensor systems, RFID technology, and the ubiquitous mobile phone. MobiSPC-2017 solicits papers that focus on the theory, system, practice and challenge of providing users with a successful mobile or wireless experience. This includes how mobile computing changes how people pervasively use their computer, computing resources and applications, as well the systems, services and technology enabling those applications.
MobiSPC-2017 will provide a leading edge, scholarly forum for researchers, engineers, and students alike to share their state-of-the-art research and developmental work in the broad areas of pervasive computing and communications. The topics include but are not limited to:

SUBMISSION:
All researchers in the related areas are encouraged to submit a paper. Submitted papers must be formatted according to the guidelines of Procedia Computer Science, MS Word Template, Latex, Template Generic or Elsevier (related links in web page of the conference). Submitted technical papers must be no longer than 8 pages including all figures, tables and references. Authors are requested to submit their papers electronically using the online conference management system in PDF format before the deadline (see important dates above). The submission processes will be managed by easychair.org.

PUBLICATION:
All accepted papers will be scheduled for oral presentations and will be printed in the conference proceedings published by Elsevier Science in the open-access Procedia Computer Science series (on-line). At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register and attend the conference to present the work.
