Call For Papers

iWOAW is soliciting literature review, survey, business case study and research papers including, whilst not limited to, the following areas of interest affecting the progress of gender balance:

Corporate Communications
Physical Work Environment
Shift Work
Family Friendly Policies
Language
Training Methods
Minority Issues
Networking
Role Reversals
Management
Leadership
Empowerment
Identity and culture

Interest sessions last 45 minutes. Time is divided into up to 15 minutes for presentation, 20-25 for guided discussion, and 5 minutes for room change.

Authors are asked to provide vital pieces of information including a bio and a photo, an abstract, and 2-page summary. iWOAW only accepts electronic submissions.
