The new paradigms and tremendous advances in computing, communications and control have provided and supported wide range of applications in all domains of life, in particular, bridging the physical components and the cyber space leading to the Cyber Physical Systems (CPS). The notion of CPS is to use recent computing, communication, and control methods to design and operate intelligent and autonomous systems using cutting edge technologies. This requires the use of computing resources for sensing, processing, analysis, predicting, understanding of data, and then communication resources for interaction, intervention, and interface management, and finally provide control for systems so that they can inter-operate, evolve, and run in a stable evidence-based environment. CPS has extraordinary significance for the future of several industrial domains and hence, it is expected that the complexity in CPS will continue to increase due to the integration of cyber components with physical and industrial systems.

Perspective authors are invited to submit their papers using EDAS System (EDAS LINK). Each submission can have up to 8 pages with 10pt font or larger. If the submission is accepted for publication, up to 2 over-length pages may be purchased for the final camera-ready version for $200 per page as per IEEE policy. Submissions should NOT be blinded for review. Papers will be reviewed with the standard reviewing procedure (with at least 3 independent anonymous reviews). Accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings and indexed by IEEE Explore (http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/). Authors can use the standard IEEE templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX formats that can be found at:
http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html. All submissions should follow the IEEE 8.5” x 11” Two-Column Format. When using LaTeX, we recommend the following format options: \documentclass[10pt,conference,compsocconf,letterpaper]{IEEEtran}.

IMPORTANT IEEE POLICY ANNOUNCEMENT
--------------------------------------
The IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (including its removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented.

Note: To be published in the IEEE ICDCS Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE /Xplore®/, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the workshop and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the workshop unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers in the workshop, one registration is valid for up to 2 papers. Papers will be published in the IEEE ICDCS 2017 Workshop Proceedings and submitted to IEEE /Xplore®/.
