Call For Papers

As our 2016 issue enters the late stages of production, the Journal of Communications Media Studies welcomes original submissions for its annual volume, to be published in Fall 2017.

The Journal of Communications Media Studies is broad in focus and welcomes submissions on a variety of communication topics including (but not limited to) mass communication, international communication, educational technology, rhetorical studies, and organizational/corporate communication. Article submissions should be directed to Editor Zack Stiegler (stiegler@iup.edu) for consideration. All article submissions undergo double blind peer review.

JCMS also welcomes proposals for academic book reviews. Books under review should be current (published within the last 2-3 years) and relevant to the field of Communication and Media Studies. Proposals may be sent to Assistant Editor Alessia Zanin-Yost (a.zanin-yost@iup.edu) for consideration.

Submission guidelines and further information can be found here:
http://www.iup.edu/page.aspx?id=136723

For full consideration, please submit by March 31, 2017.

Any questions or further inquiries may be directed to Editor Zack Stiegler (stiegler@iup.edu) or Assistant Editor Alessia Zanin-Yost (a.zanin-yost@iup.edu).

In addition, JCMS seeks dedicated scholars to serve on its growing editorial review board. Contact Zack Stiegler or Alessia Zanin-Yost for more information.
