It is our great pleasure to invite you to submit your original research papers to the Congress. All accepted papers in the Proceedings
of WCICA 2010 will be published by IEEE and indexed by EI. WCICA 2010 also provides Best Paper Awards to honor the outstanding
papers presented at this Congress. WCICA 2010 welcomes proposals for organizing Focused Theme Sessions on the conference topics
