This workshop aims to gather experts and scholars from related fields to present and share their recent research on intelligent data processing. The purpose of the 5th IDP is to provide a forum for discussion and interaction among researchers with interests in the cutting edge techniques of intelligent data processing mechanisms. Participants are invited to submit papers in all areas of data- and knowledge-based approaches, particularly in the areas of Big Data and Online Social Networks. Research topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
• Agent Mining & Agent-based Systems • Artificial Intelligence • Big Data Analysis • Cloud Computing for Big Data • Cloud-based Health Informatics • Data Mining • Graph-based Data Analysis • Knowledge Representation and Reasoning • Machine Learning • Online Data Analysis • Optimisation Algorithms • Workflow and capacity optimization Submission Format: Submitted manuscripts should be structured of high technical quality and may not exceed ten (10) single-spaced double-column pages using 10-point size font on 8.5×11 inch pages (IEEE conference style), including figures, tables, and references. Borderline papers may be accepted as short papers but all submissions must be full papers. The proceedings will be published by the IEEE Computer Society, USA, and will be made available online through the IEEE Digital Library, as well as through the ACM Digital Library.
