All papers need to be submitted electronically through EDAS submission link: https://edas.info/index.php?c=22127
The materials presented in the papers should not be published or under submission elsewhere. Once accepted, the paper will be included into the IEEE conference proceedings. At least one of the authors of any accepted paper is required to register the paper at the conference.
Note to Authors:
Prospective authors are invited to contribute original research papers, which can be submitted electronically via EDAS.
Accepted papers after the review and presentation in the conference will be included in the proceedings of IEEE CSCITA 2017 in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
All submissions must be made within the deadlines published on the conference website.
The papers should not exceed 6 A-4 two-column pages and not shorter than 4 pages of technical content including figures and references.
Abstract length should be between 70 to 150 words.
At least one author should be registered in order to have their paper accepted for the conference.
The corresponding author will be solely responsible for the content of the submitted paper(s).
Authors are responsible for taking prior permission to reproduce any figures, diagrams, tables etc. from any published work.
Papers having similarity measure (computed by iThenticate) of more than 20% will not be accepted for review. Refer: Plagiarism FAQ
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.
All submitted papers will be sent to reviewers for a blind review. The parameters based on which reviewers will evaluate the papers are:
Technical Content and Scientific Rigor,
Novelty and Originality,
Quality of Presentation,
Relevance and Timeliness.
Any queries & information should be directed to Dr. Kevin Noronha at email@example.com
Paper Format & Electronic Submission:
The submission of papers and the management of the paper reviewing process for the main conference will be entirely electronic. Submissions will be accepted until 30th, November 2016, 23:59 Indian Standard Time. Detailed formatting and submission instructions for authors will be available soon on the conference web site.
Dual Submission Policy:
It is not appropriate to submit papers that are identical (or substantially similar) to versions that have been previously published, or accepted for publication, or that have been submitted in parallel to other conferences. Such submissions violate the dual submission policy prescribed by IEEE. For more details, refer IEEE Guidelines.
