The International Maritime Lecturers Association Conference at TAMUG will promote discussion and extensive networking among maritime lecturers. As we prepare the next generation of maritime educators, what are the critical elements to consider as we look to the way forward? The Conference Organizing Committee invites you to submit your findings for presentation on any of the following topics or any topics related to the future of maritime education:
• Evaluation of Maritime Education and Training • Distance Education in the Maritime Industry • Impact of Technology on Maritime Teaching • Assessment of Maritime Education • Quality Assurance in Maritime Education • International Maritime Education Programs If your proposal is accepted for presentation, we encourage you to submit a full paper for inclusion in the conference material. TAMUG will accept responsibility for printing and distribution of accepted papers at the conference. All technology requested to support presentation must be submitted with abstract.
