Call For Proposals and speakers: On April 26th 2016 in Cairo, Egypt, Competencies for 2030 of Higher Education Experts are imagined! Visualize 2030 through the carefully curated selection of talks. Top-notch professors, experts and prominent speakers will provide insights in to their work and offer ways to make the future of Higher Education much better.

The conference is jointly organized by Beni Suef University (Egypt) and the International Board of Certified Trainers (The Netherlands - EU).

CONFERENCE BACKGROUNDS: 
Disruptive forces such as: super structured organizations, extreme longevity, the rise of smart machines and systems, new media technology, the massive increase in processing power of computers, the climate change and the global connectivity drives our community and induces changes to higher education (HE) to change. 
If we do not find a new compass now, we are like a ship without captain on rough seas. Future researchers and higher education experts from all expertise areas will take the lead during this conference to find us this new compass that future experts require to face the challenge and lead the path to a new academic vision.
