27th Annual Symposium on Combinatorial Pattern Matching
June 27-29, 2016, Tel Aviv, Israel

A special day of research in honor of Amihood Amir’s 60th
birthday will follow CPM on June 30, 2016 in Bar-Ilan University.

SCOPE: Papers on original research unpublished else-
where in all areas related to combinatorial pattern
matching and its applications are sought, including, but not
limited to: bioinformatics and computational biology, coding
and data compression, combinatorics on words, information
retrieval, data mining, natural language processing, pattern
discovery and enumeration, string algorithms, string processing
in databases, and text searching.

The proceedings will be published either in LNCS or LIPIcs
(Dagstuhl proceedings). Selected papers will be invited to a
special issue of Algorithmica. A best paper award will be assigned
