Call For Papers

Aim of the Conference:to cope with the rapidly progressing technology which, today, reaches the nanometer scale. The areas of interest include the design, test and technology of electronic products, ranging from integrated circuit modules and printed circuit boards to full systems and microsystems, as well as the methodologies and tools used in the design, verification and validation of such products.


Organizers: DTIS’16 will be organized by Bahcesehir University, Istanbul and Hacettepe University, Ankara, Turkey, and sponsored by IEEE CEDA (to be confirmed).

Best Paper award: A best paper award will be given during the conference.

Journal Special Issue: A selection of the best papers presented in the Conference will be considered for publication in a Special Issue of the Microelectronics Journal.
