# Conference Scope
The first objective of Cognitonics, or the Science about the Human Being in the Digital World, is to explicate the distortions in the perception of the world caused by the peculiarities of information society and globalization. The second, principal objective of Cognitonics is to cope with these distortions in different fields by means of elaborating systemic solutions for compensating the negative implications of the kind for the personality and society, in particular, for creating cognitive-cultural preconditions of the harmonic development of the personality in the information society and smart society and for ensuring the successful development of national cultures and national languages.

Track 1: Theoretical Foundations and Methods of Supporting Harmonic Development of the Personality and National Cultures in Smart Society;
Track 2: The Methods and Tools of Computer Science and Web Science for Supporting Harmonic Development of the Personality in Smart Society.

The conference sessions combine the papers of Track 1 and Track 2.

A comprehensive program with 20 papers (see the enclosure below) submitted by 35 scholars from 16 countries of two parts of the world: Asia (PR China, India, Japan) and Europe (Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Italy, Romania, Russia, Slovenia, Sweden).

#Registration
The participants of the conference register for the conference COGNITONICS - a part of the Multiconference "Information Society-2015” (IS-2015), following the link http://is.ijs.si/registration.asp (select the conference COGNITONICS).
The registration deadline is 09.10.2015 (inclusively).

Those only wishing to attend the presentations (attendees) have free entry and do not have to register.

Registration fee is 100 EUR (regular) and 50 EUR (with a valid student card for year 2015/2016). Registration fee paid at the registration desk is 20% higher.

Payment deadline is 10.10.2015. Please send the proof of payment to the following e-mail address:is [AT} ijs.si or by FAX +386 1 477 3131. Please attach official scanned certificate or student card in case you will pay the students fee.
