Call For Papers

The principal goal of CCE is to provide a forum for the free discussion and interchange of research and development experiences and ideas in the fields of electrical-electronics engineering, computer science and automatic control.

This conference also offers an opportunity for younger researchers and students to meet more experienced colleagues from different parts of the world. All accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore. Some high-quality papers will be included into a special issue of Neurocomputing.
