Call For Papers

While the 7th Annual ReVIEWING Black Mountain College conference will have a specific thematic focus on the relationship between the Bauhaus and the USA, proposals on any theme related to Black Mountain College are encouraged. Furthermore, in the Spirit of BMC, the conference challenges disciplinary boundaries, and therefore papers, performances, multi-media, panel proposals, and workshops are welcome.

Brenda Danilowitz: Chief Curator, The Josef & Anni Albers Foundation.
Margret Kentgens-Craig: former Head of the Department of Archives and Collections at the Bauhaus Dessau Foundation, Germany and author of The Bauhaus and America: First Contacts 1919-1936.
Fabienne Eggelhoefer: Curator at the Zentrum Paul Klee in Bern, Switzerland
