Call For Papers

This seventh annual conference will include one technical track (paper, poster and presentation only submissions) and several workshop tracks (to be announced shortly, paper or presentation only submissions) this year.

Presentations will be 25 minutes in duration, including questions. Presentation only is an option for those not wishing to do a full paper. Conference proceedings containing all presentation materials and any associated papers will be made available to attendees and published online for future reference.

Submissions for WInnComm – Europe are being processed by EDAS Conference Management System. If you have previously submitted a paper or abstract for other professional conferences, you probably already have an account on EDAS. If you do not have an account, create one at using your email address and a password. Then, go to click the “Submit Paper” tab and submit your abstract or proposal -- be sure to select up to three “Topics” that would be appropriate for your submission. Indicate if it you are submitting a Poster or Presentation Only in EDAS as appropriate. An acknowledgment of your submission will be sent from EDAS, and a notice regarding acceptance of your submission will be sent based on the schedule to the right.

Proposals for presentations from national research and development programs across Europe are especially welcome.

Proposals for each track most include an abstract, the author information, the topic area, and sufficient information to validate the quality and technical depth of the proposal. Topics include (but are not limited to):
