Call For Papers

The IFIP WG 8.1 working conference on the Practice of Enterprise Modelling (PoEM) is a well-established conference which aims at improving the understanding of the practice of Enterprise Modelling (EM). It covers relevant topics such as enterprise architecture, information system engineering, business and information technology (IT) alignment, business process improvement, EM tools and frameworks, quality issues in EM, change management and organizational transformation underpinned by IT. This year, PoEM will extend its focus including a set of workshops to explore in more detail specific topics of interest for the PoEM community

PoEM 2015 invites you to send proposals for workshops to be held in conjunction with the main conference in Valencia, Spain, from 10-12th of November 2015 (www.pros.upv.es/poem2015). Proposals should be related to the main conference topics, covering new emerging topics and targeting ground breaking papers in a specific focus area.

Two kinds of workshops are invited:
Presentation-oriented workshops: these will concentrate on presentations of accepted papers and discussion about these papers.
Discussion-oriented workshops: these will emphasise discussions facilitated by keynotes or paper presentations.

Workshop proposals should be submitted via easychair (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=poemws2015). Prior contact by e-mail with the workshop chairs is encouraged.

The organiser(s) of approved workshops will be responsible for advertising their workshop, for the reviewing process for their workshop papers, and for the collection of camera-ready copies of accepted papers (verifying that they comply with the formatting rules). Workshop organizers must decide their publication policy (we suggest on-line proceedings such as CEUR). Organisers (including co-organisers) are expected to attend their entire workshop, and to provide a summary of the event to the PoEM organization committee.

Detailed instructions for workshop proposers could be found at : http://www.pros.upv.es/index.php/es/call-for-papers-poem2015/cf-workshops-poem2015
