1st Workshop on Human Resources Management Systems

Held in parallel with
26th International Conference on Database and Expert Systems Applications (DEXA’15)

Valencia, Spain
September 1-4, 2015

The function of human resources (HR) departments is of vital importance in many organizations across the world. The reason is that organizations have a number of selection, evaluation, and payroll processes. Therefore, HR management has become a complex task which usually includes tracking data concerning personal records, skills, capabilities, accomplishments and salary of the workers. To reduce the manual workload of these activities, researchers and practitioners from all over the world are working on solutions to automate many of these processes by introducing Human Resource Management Systems.

The objective of the “1st Workshop on Human Resources Management Systems” will be to analyze innovative proposals in this field, as well as the state-of-the-art, open problems and new challenges in the intersection of human resource management and computer systems.

The program committee is soliciting submissions on HRMS including (but not limited to):
● Social Networks for enrollments
● Recruitment solutions based on Big Data analysis
