Call For Papers

The 14th International Conference on Machine Learning and Cybernetics (ICMLC) and the 12th International Conference on Wavelet Analysis and Pattern Recognition (ICWAPR) will be held in Guangzhou on 12th-15th July 2015.

ICMLC and ICWAPR are leading international forums on Machine Learning, Cybernetics and Wavelet Analysis. Every year, well-known researchers from academia and industry exchange and develop research ideas during this event.

The conferences feature Research Consultation sessions for discussions with experienced researchers, a Panel session to explore future research directions, free Tutorials on demand topics, and ample opportunities for attendees to interact with the IEEE SMC society leaders. The highlight of the Conferences will be the Lotfi Zadeh Best Paper Awards, Student Paper Awards and the Panel Discussion.

** Review and Publication **
All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least TWO reviewers
All papers will be:
Submitted for indexing to IEEE Xplore (http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/)
Submitted for indexing to EI Compendex
Selected papers will be recommended for publication in special issues of SCI indexed journals, including International Journal of Wavelets, Multiresolution and Information Processing, and International Journal on Machine Learning and Cybernetics
Additional SCI journal special issues will be announced when they become available
