Accepted and presented papers will be indexed by EI, Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Proceedings) and SciVerse Scopus. All papers will go through a rigorous reviewing process. Accepted papers will be presented in an oral presentation or poster presentations during the conference. Selected extended papers will be recommended for review and publication in Journal of Robotics and Mechatronics(JRM). In addition, all contributions will appear in full-length without distinction in the conference proceedings, and will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
Best Paper Awards
All submitted papers will be included in the evaluation for the Best Conference Paper Award, and Best Student Paper Award.
Tutorials & Workshops
Proposals for half day or full day tutorials and workshops addressing new topics in intelligent mechatronics are invited for submission to the T/W Chairs. Proposals must include (1) statement of objectives, (2) intended audiences, (3) list of speakers, and (4) list of topics.
Organized session proposers should submit to the Organized Session Chairs or Secretariat a brief statement of purpose for the session as well as the abstract of the papers to be included. A typical organized session consists of 4 to 5 related papers.
Tourist packages to local attractions will be provided at the conference registration.
AIM2015 will be held at BEXCO(Busan Exhibition Convention Center) in Busan. BEXCO boasts its world class facilities in harmony with outstanding natural environment. Located in Busan's landmark district of "Centum City" and near the famous Haeundae beach, BEXCO provides the convenience of city, relaxation of nature, and tourist attractions all at once. At BEXCO, all your conventions needs will be met with easy access to public transportation, hotels, shopping centers, cultural centers, restaurants and various tourist sites.
