CALL FOR PAPERS AND PARTICIPATION
8th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON HEALTH ECONOMICS, MANAGEMENT AND POLICY 29-30 JUNE 2009 & 1-2 JULY 2009, ATHENS, GREECE The University of Athens (School of Law, Economics and Political Science) in collaboration with the Health Research Unit of the Athens Institute for Education and Research (ATINER) organize their 8th International Conference in Athens, Greece, 29-30 JUNE 2009 & 1-2 JULY 2009. The conference website is www.atiner.gr/docs/Health.htm The registration fee is €250 (euro), covering access to all sessions, 2 lunches, coffee breaks and conference material. In addition, a Greek night of entertainment, a dinner, a half-day tour to archaeological sites in Athens and a special one-day cruise in the Greek islands. Special arrangements will be made with local hotels for a limited number of rooms at a special conference rate. The aim of the conference is to bring together scholars, researchers and students from all areas of health economics, management and policy. Areas of interest include (but are not confined to): Equity and Poverty in Health, Pharmaceutical Economics, Quality of Life, Economic Evaluation, Health Care Reforms, Social Security, School Health Programs, and Health Related Business. Selected (reviewed) papers will be published in a Special Volume of the Conference Proceedings.
