Objective and Motivation
The management of enterprise means management of knowledge and information concerning functionality of enterprise and its environment. Managers still look for new solutions of Information Technologies which effectively support them in the decision making. An offer of advanced IT solutions for the management is very wide and concerns both enterprises, administration as well as public institutions. The development of internet technologies used in the business is also very dynamic.
The main purpose of the special session “Advanced Information Technologies for Management AITM'15” is to provide a forum for researchers and practitioners to present new trends and discuss the current issues of IT in business and management. There will be also an opportunity to demonstrate achievements in management information systems.
Scope and Interests
The conference field of interest embraces all aspects of planning, organizing, resourcing, coordinating, controlling and leading the management function to ensure a smooth operation of information systems in an organization. Moreover, the papers that discuss the uses of information systems and information technology to automate or otherwise facilitate the management function are specifically welcomed.
