Call For Papers

Nowadays the tendency for software development is changing from manual
coding to automatic code generation and testing in the Cloud in a Big Data
environment; it is becoming Model-Driven Data Science. This is a response
to the software crisis, in which the cost of hardware has decreased and
conversely the cost of software development has increased sharply. The
methodologies that allowed this change are model-based, thus relieving the
human from detailed coding. Still there is a long way to achieve this
goal, but work is being done worldwide to achieve this objective. The
necessary knowledge passes through a variety of topics as Information
Technologies and its associated theory, like Data Science, Software
Development and Testing for the Cloud with Agile Methods, Statistical Models, Quantitative Methods in Management Economics, Decision Support Systems using Computer Intelligence, and Data Architecture Models for Big Data. The purpose of this track is to be an open forum to discuss scientific aspects and its application to the industry.

* Statistical Model applied to business forecasting
* Data Science
* Algorithms and Computational Mathematics
* MDA Model Driven Software Engineering
* Software Development and Testing on the Cloud
* Decision Support Systems using Computer Intelligence
* Data Architecture Models for Big Data

Paper Submission:

Papers should be original and contain contributions of theoretical or
experimental nature, or be unique experience reports. Interested authors
should submit a 6-page summary of their original and unpublished work
including 5 keywords in the CPS format to the track chair. Electronic
submission in the PDF, PS or MS Word format is strongly encouraged. For
instructions on electronic submissions, Click here.

Evaluation Process:

Papers will be evaluated for originality, significance, clarity, and
soundness. Per ITNG policy, except for invited papers, all papers will be
reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. Accepted papers will be
published in the conference proceedings with an ISBN.

Best Student Paper:

The Best Student Paper will be awarded at the conference. To be eligible,
the student must be the sole author of the paper, or the first author and
primary contributor. (The winner of the award will present the paper in a
plenary session at the next year conference). A cover letter to the
General Chair/Track Chair must identify the paper as a candidate for this
competition at the time of submission.
