==============================================================
Dear Colleague,

The scientific team of PolLux European IShOP project (http://www.cs.put.poznan.pl/ishop/), University of Luxembourg (http://wwwen.uni.lu/snt) and Poznan University of Technology (http://www2.cs.put.poznan.pl/en/) is glad to announce the Call for Papers of the BusinessClouds 2014, “The international workshop on new models, algorithms and simulation tools for cloud computing, cloud brokering, Internet shopping, and e-commerce trading” that will be held in Bali, Nusa Dua (Indonesia) in conjunction with the ScalCom-2014, “The 14th IEEE International Conference on Scalable Computing and Communications”.

The BusinessClouds workshop provides vibrant opportunities for researchers and industry practitioners to share their research experience, original research results and practical development experiences on specific new challenges and emerging issues.

Workshop will provide contributions to significant topics that are under interest of ScalCom-14 conference. Among others, we suppose strong contributions in such areas like:

- Cloud/Grid Computing (Resource sharing/monitoring, Data storage, Replication, load balancing, Green cloud systems and networking, Mobile cloud system design, and others).

- Modeling and Simulation in Cloud Applications (Combinatorial Optimization, Computational Finance, Computational Neuroscience, Computational Biology Computational Physics and Chemistry and others)

- Applications for Cloud Brokering, Internet Shopping (Combinatorial Optimization, Exact algorithms, Heuristic approaches, Evolutionary algorithms, Swarm Intelligence, Optimization algorithms, and others.)

Both theoretical papers and papers describing practical experiences are welcome.

Workshop venue is beautiful Ayodya Resort in Bali, Indonesia – http://www.ayodyaresortbali.com/.

The submitted papers must be 6 pages, and each paper will receive 2-3 peer reviews. Articles will be judged based on correctness, originality, significance, technical strength, quality of presentation, and interest and relevance to the workshop scope. The chairs will automatically reject over-sized papers.

Authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their papers will be registered and presented at the workshop.

Paper Submission Guidelines
All papers must be submitted electronically by e-mail and in PDF format to the following address: businessclouds@cs.put.poznan.pl (subject - "Submission - BusinessClouds").

Please include (in the e-mail content):
Title,
Abstract,
Corresponding author information (name, surname, affiliation, e-mail address),
List of authors,
Main area (Cloud/Grid Computing; Modeling and Simulation in Cloud Applications; Applications for Cloud Brokering, Internet Shopping; Other [please name it]).

The material presented should be original and not published or under submission elsewhere. Authors should submit full papers of up to 6 pages, following strictly the IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscript style, using two-column, single-space format, with 10-point font size.
