We are pleased to announce that Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS) would be staging the SIMS Annual International Research Conference (SIMSARC-14), scheduled for 13th& 14th December, 2014.The theme for the Conference is -
“Transformational Leadership: Towards Engaging Competitive Business and Social Harmony”.
SIMSARC14 is a platform for prominent persons from both - industry as well as the sphere of academia to contemplate and deliberate over transformational leadership in the best interests of competitive businesses and benefit of the society too. Eminent speakers from corporate arena and academia are expected to grace the event and enlighten the audience over the broad spectrum and current scenario of competitive businesses & societal harmony through transformational leadership. The event also provides an opportunity for researchers/paper presenters to showcase their exemplary research skills through value-added presentations which significantly contribute to the existing body of knowledge. For this purpose, we have instituted the Best Paper Contest with pecuniary prizes.

7. Other issues / paradigms affecting business and society through transformational leadership.

Publication of Research Paper:
All accepted papers at SIMSARC14 will be published in conference proceedings with ISBN/eISSN. Few selected papers will be published in indexed journals with ISSNsubject to the decision of the review committees of the respective journals and subject to payment of an additional publication fee of INR 2000 after intimation.

The remaining accepted papers will be published without additional publication fees in ‘JIDNYASA: Thirst for Knowledge’ the SIMS Online Research Journal with e-ISSN.

In respect of accepted papers authored solely by students, the same would be published in ‘SIMSKRITI’ the SIMS Research Journal.

Additionally, we have set a primary objective of SIMSARC14 to guide researchers through a FREE POST-CONFERENCE RESEARCH WORKSHOP on 15th December, 2014 towards successful publication of their research work in International journals. All the registered paper presenters and participants of SIMSARC14 will be eligible for this workshop FREE of COST.
