CALL FOR PAPERS
International Symposium on Emerging Inter-networks, Communication and Mobility (EICM) To be held with FNC 2014, August 17-20, 2014, Niagara Falls, Canada URL: http://cs-conferences.acadiau.ca/eicm-14/EICM.htm Overview The rapid advances in wired and wireless networks and communications as well as mobile systems have revolutionized the way in which researchers construct these systems. These systems are emerging topics bringing together the essentials from many disciplines. The main objective of this symposium is to bring together researchers from academia and industry to share their state-of-the art research and developmental work in the broad areas of networks, communication and mobile systems. Papers that illustrate new ideas, innovative research results, or survey works in the following topics will be solicited. Topics of interest will include, but are not limited to: 4G Mobile Technology, Including Open Mobile Initiatives 4G Wireless Networks and Systems Autonomic Systems Body Networks Cloud Computing Cross-layer design and optimization Energy Efficient Routing Protocols Energy and QoS aware Protocols Future Generation Communication Networks Future Internet and Networking Architectures High Performance Computing High-speed Networking Intelligence for Future Communication Systems Intelligent Internet Communication Intelligent Systems for E-communication MAC and Routing Layer Protocols Machine-to-Machine (M2M) Applications Mesh, Ad hoc and Sensor Networks Mobile and Cellular Networks Mobile Health Care and Medical Applications Modeling & Simulation of Communication Systems Network and Communication Security Network and Forensics Techniques Network Architecture & Protocol Network Flow Processing Network Intrusion Detection and Prevention Network Management Network Measurements and Test-beds Networking Protocols and Architectures Next Generation Networks and Communications Optical Fiber/Microwave Communication Satellite Communication Scalability and Manageability of Network Architectures Security & Privacy Social Networks Software Defined Networks Tele-medicine/e-health Networks Vehicular Networks Visualization of Network Behaviour Wireless and Mobile Networks Wireless Networks Paper Submission Authors are requested to submit papers reporting original research results. The page limit for papers should not exceed 6 pages. Papers should be prepared using Elsevier (http://cs-conferences.acadiau.ca/fnc-14/PROCS_Template-FNC.docm). Elsevier author guidelines of Procedia are available at: (http://www.journals.elsevier.com/procedia-computer-science/). Authors are requested to submit their papers electronically using the online conference management system (Please check the website) in PDF format before the deadline (see Important Dates). The submission processes will be managed by easychair.org. Please select "Symposium on Emerging Inter-networks, Communication and Mobility" when you submit your paper. If you have used this system before, you can use the same username and password. If this is your first time using EasyChair, you will need to register for an account by clicking "I have no EasyChair account" button. Upon completion of registration, you will get a notification email from the system and you are ready for submitting your paper. You can upload and re-upload the paper to the system by the submission due date. Publication All accepted papers will be published by Elsevier Science in the open-access Procedia Computer Science series on-line. Procedia Computer Sciences is hosted on www.Elsevier.com and on Elsevier content platform ScienceDirect (www.sciencedirect.com), and will be freely available worldwide. All papers in Procedia will be indexed by Scopus (www.scopus.com) and by Thomson Reuters' Conference Proceeding Citation Index (http://thomsonreuters.com/conference-proceedings-citation-index/). The papers will contain linked references, XML versions and citable DOI numbers. You will be able to provide a hyperlink to all delegates and direct your conference website visitors to your proceedings. All accepted papers will also be indexed in DBLP (http://dblp.uni-trier.de/).
